2. Original Artworks

Original artworks sold by Arda Art are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces created by artist Tokluman Arda. Each original artwork is sold as described on its respective product page.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography.

3. Certificate of Authenticity

Original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the authenticity of the artwork and its authorship by the artist.

4. Souvenirs and Other Products

Arda Art may also offer souvenirs, merchandise, prints, and other art-related products. Product specifications, materials, dimensions, availability, and other relevant information will be provided on each product page.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Japanese Yen (JPY), unless otherwise stated.

Currently available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Orders requiring bank transfer will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to the delivery options available for the customer's destination and the type, size, weight, and value of the purchased product.

Original artworks may require special packaging and shipping arrangements due to their size and value.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. International Orders

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns and Refunds

Purchasing an original artwork or other Arda Art product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

All artworks, images, designs, photographs, logos, and other content associated with Arda Art remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced, copied, commercially used, or distributed without prior authorization.

10. Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Arda Art as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so the situation can be evaluated.

11. Order Cancellation

Arda Art reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. Any applicable payment received for a cancelled order will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to the corresponding order.
