For bank transfers, payment must be completed according to the payment instructions provided after the order is placed. Orders will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Orders will be prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided according to the product and destination. Original artworks may require additional preparation and special packaging before shipment.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations / 返品・交換・キャンセル
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind items and, except where required by applicable law or in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are generally not accepted.

For souvenirs, merchandise, prints, and other products, return or exchange eligibility depends on the circumstances and condition of the item.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Arda Art promptly after delivery and provide your order details and photographs of the item and packaging.
